- medjool dates (Natural Delights are the best!)
- natural peanut butter (home made or make sure the ingredients list contains only peanuts and salt)
- Cut open your dates and remove the pits (very important!!!)
- Stuff with peanut butter.
- Watch your hunger pangs disappear!
